I realize I probably will never work at Disney again, but I will never forget all the amazing (and not so amazing) guests and stories. I had an absolute blast working there, being the front line for guests coming to start their vacation, and set them up for an amazing stay.

Even though it’s been a year since I worked there last, I have always taken what I’ve learned and the service I gave and brought that into following jobs and work environments. Working at my current property I have the opportunity to create a more one-on-one point of contact with repeat guests.

You make one great impression towards a guest, and they will come back to you over and over with any issue, problem, question, compliment, or if they just want to talk.
