I feel like I have gotten a great deal of things accomplished so far through our wedding planning. The main things are out of the way, and I honestly feel as though once the invitations arrive and mailed out, all I have to do is sit back and count down the days until May.

Wrong. Silly me in forgetting that there are many, many other things still left to do and decide upon.

Grooms/Groomsmen tux’s
Guest favors
Bridesmaid/Groomsmen/Parents gifts
Rehearsal dinner
Out of town guest bags
Buy wedding bands
Buy jewelry
Get invitations and mail them out
Make appointments for mani/pedi, hair trial run, make-up, and day of stuff
Dress alterations
Book limo
Make ceremony programs
Get marriage license
Table escort cards/table numbers
Figure out what we’re doing for our honeymoon, and book it
Decide on cake design and submit to bakery
Make seating chart (when rsvp’s come back)
Book hotel rooms for bridal party for the night of the wedding
Make DJ music play list
Complete pre-cana online

Yea, that’s all I can think of as of right now. Granted, some of those things I can’t even do until closer to the wedding, but seeing it all laid out in one list makes it seem like a lot.

So far I think I’ve kept my cool throughout planning, even my relatives have noticed that I’m cool and collected and quite organized. That’s the only way to be when planning a wedding!
